At Mensland Castlemaine we want to make sure you are 100% happy, so we have made our returns policy very simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it doesn't fit or doesn't suit you, we are happy for you to return your full priced item in exchange for a credit to the same value for you to use towards your next purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item does not fit.

Your items must meet the following requirements to be returned for a credit:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
• Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on underwear.
• We do not offer returns/refunds on Gift Vouchers
• We do not accept returns on SALE items.

TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

• Email us at info@menslandcastlemaine.com.au with details of your return including your name, order/receipt number and reason for return. 
• Send your item/s to:

Once your return has been received, assessed and approved, we will be in touch with the details of your credit for the purchase price amount (excluding shipping costs). Please note, any postage costs incurred in the return of items is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable method and taking note of your tracking number.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out, however in the rare event that you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@menslandcastlemaine.com.au and we will arrange to replace the item.
